DualEntry, based in New York, seeks a results-driven RevOps professional to scale GTM operations. You will own CRM architecture, forecasting, attribution, and commission models, enabling faster growth and stronger pipeline discipline across a high-growth B2B SaaS organization.

Ideal candidates have 4+ years in RevOps/Sales Ops, hands-on CRM admin experience, and a track record of impactful territory planning and compensation design.

Qualifikationen

• Hardcore work ethic and high agency.
• 4+ years in RevOps, Sales Ops or BizOps supporting sales at a high-growth B2B SaaS company.
• Hands-on CRM admin experience in HubSpot or Salesforce, building pipelines and automations yourself
• Experience with territory planning and commission structure.

Aufgaben

• Build and own the infrastructure to scale an elite GTM team: ramp and enablement, territory planning and routing design, pipeline forecasting, and the reporting that will enable key company-wide decisions
• Own the CRM end to end - pipeline architecture, stages, properties, automations and permissions
• Build and own the attribution model across marketing and sales: campaign and channel tracking, lead source hygiene, multi-touch modeling, and the analysis behind where we invest in demand gen
• Build and own commissions: payouts, validation against closed-won, statements delivered on schedule, and the plan changes that come with a growing team
