Job summary

Matia is seeking a Revenue Operations and GTM Engineering leader in the United States to own end-to-end GTM systems, data, and automation. You will design the foundation, build pipelines, and empower sales, marketing, and leadership with reliable metrics.

As the first dedicated RevOps hire, you will craft the stack, automate workflows, and partner across teams while navigating ambiguity in a fast-moving startup environment. This role drives data hygiene and scalable GTM programs.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in revenue operations, sales operations, marketing operations, or GTM engineering at a B2B SaaS company
• Hands-on fluency with a modern GTM stack (CRM, marketing automation, enrichment, and reporting tools)
• Comfort with APIs, webhooks, and automation tooling; wire systems and build workflows
• Strong analytical skills and bias toward action
• Excellent communication and cross-functional partnership
• Obsessed with AI and building scalable, automated systems
• Startup experience and comfort with ambiguity in a fast-moving environment

Responsibilities

• Own the GTM tech stack end-to-end, including CRM, marketing automation, enrichment, and reporting tools
• Build and maintain pipeline reporting, forecasting, and the metrics leadership uses to make decisions
• Design and run lead routing, lead scoring, and attribution so the right work gets credited
• Establish clean data hygiene, definitions, and process across the funnel
• Own territory planning end-to-end, including segment design, account assignment, coverage models, and quota planning
• Build automations and integrations that connect the GTM stack using APIs and modern tooling
• Prototype and ship internal tools to give sales and marketing leverage
