Keycard is seeking its first RevOps leader to design and execute the revenue engine for a developer-focused GTM. You’ll own strategy, tooling, and data flows across Sales, Marketing, and post-sales to enable repeatable motions.

You will build the first version of the RevOps stack, integrate systems, automate routing, and define forecasting processes. This role offers remote-first flexibility and equity upside in a fast-growing company.

Qualificações

• Strategic RevOps experience at a B2B software company, defining metrics and forecasts.
• Hands-on setup of GTM systems (CRM, routing, scoring) and reporting.
• Ability to integrate systems via APIs and automation tools.

Responsabilidades

• Set the strategy for funnel design, capacity planning, forecasting, and territory definitions.
• Own the stack and bring GTM tools in-house (CRM, enrichment, workflows).
• Automate repeatable work: lead processing, routing, enrollment, alerts.
• Define customer health, renewal, and expansion metrics with post-sales team.
• Proactively analyze metrics and guide GTM leadership on opportunities.
