Job summary

Matia is seeking a Revenue Operations and GTM Engineering leader to own how our go-to-market engine runs and scales. You’ll design the foundation as the first RevOps hire, bridging sales, marketing, and operations with a hands-on, engineer/operator mindset.

Role combines building the GTM tech stack, automations, and AI-driven systems to enable a repeatable revenue machine. You’ll thrive in ambiguity, coordinate across teams, and ship impactful tools from day one.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in revenue operations, sales operations, marketing operations, or GTM engineering at a B2B SaaS company
• Hands-on fluency with a modern GTM stack (CRM, marketing automation, enrichment, reporting tools)
• Comfort with APIs, webhooks, and automation tooling; able to wire systems without a software engineer
• Strong analytical skills and bias toward action
• Excellent communication and cross-functional partnership
• Obsessed with AI and building scalable systems
• Startup experience and comfort with ambiguity in a fast-moving environment

Responsibilities

• Own the GTM tech stack end-to-end, including CRM, marketing automation, enrichment, and reporting tools
• Build and maintain pipeline reporting, forecasting, and leadership metrics
• Design and run lead routing, lead scoring, and attribution; assist growth
• Establish clean data hygiene, definitions, and funnel-wide data trust
• Own territory planning end-to-end, including segmentation, account assignment, coverage, quotas
• Build automations and integrations that connect the GTM stack via APIs and tooling
• Develop and operate AI systems and agents across the GTM motion
• Create workflows for outbound, enrichment, and personalization at scale
• Treat GTM as an engineered system; instrument and improve continually
• Prototype and ship internal tools to give sales/marketing leverage
