Job summary

Propeller seeks a Senior RevOps leader in Denver to drive scalable GTM operations. You will own day-to-day RevOps execution, partner with leadership, and elevate pricing and process throughout the GTM engine.

The role requires strong strategic and hands-on capabilities to raise performance and trust as the business grows. You will build and guide a team of operations managers, leverage CRM and AI tools, and collaborate across VP of RevOps, Systems & AI Platform, and GTM leadership to deliver

Qualifications

• 7+ years in RevOps, Sales Ops, or GTM Strategy with a proven, verifiable track record of recruiting, managing, and scaling high-performing teams.
• Deep expertise in revenue mechanics (demand gen, pipeline, ARR, churn, forecast hygiene).
• Operational excellence in CRM ecosystems, deal routing, and quoting workflows; AI-forward operator.
• Influence & structural rigor: collaborative change-maker, trusted across the organization, continuous improvement mindset.

Responsibilities

• The GTM engine: Execute across New Logo Ops, Existing Customer Ops, and Marketing Ops; manage workflows and data flow in the funnel.
• RevOps as a trusted partner: embed playbooks, automate where possible, and align with the VP on strategic needs.
• AI as a way of working: integrate AI into daily workflow and partner with Systems & AI Platform to land in GTM.
• Revenue visibility: deliver clear analytics, provide clean data, and offer commentary for informed leadership decisions.
• Strategic ownership: oversee end-to-end strategy with emphasis on pricing and stakeholder collaboration.
• Build and lead a high-performing operations team of trusted business partners.
