Lumana is seeking a Revenue Operations Manager to optimize the go-to-market engine across Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success. You will partner with GTM leaders to drive operational excellence, including forecasting, reporting, and enablement workflows, ensuring alignment across the customer lifecycle.

The role suits a fast-paced startup mindset, with responsibility for dashboards, metrics, and strategy across global teams. Remote Eastern Time is supported.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in Revenue or Sales Operations in SaaS/tech.
• Experience supporting GTM teams across Sales, Marketing and CS.
• Strong analytics with large data sets; Excel/Sheets, SQL or BI tools.
• Excellent communication and cross-functional influence.

Responsibilities

• Define, measure, and improve key funnel metrics with GTM leadership.
• Own forecasting, pipeline health, and funnel conversion analyses.
• Manage and optimize GTM tech stack (Salesforce, HubSpot, Gong).
• Build dashboards and reports for strategic decisions and accountability.
• Lead deal desk: quotes, approvals, and contract accuracy.
• Develop playbooks and scalable processes for growth.
• Collaborate with Finance and Product to tie revenue to outcomes.
• Other duties may be assigned.
