Job summary

Order.co, the System of Action for the Office of the CFO, is seeking a Director of Revenue Operations to lead the operating system behind our go-to-market organization. This role unites Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Finance around a common revenue strategy, data, and scalable processes.

You will collaborate with executive leadership to translate strategy into revenue plans, forecasts, and actionable insights, presenting data-driven recommendations and driving cross-functional execution.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, GTM Strategy, or related fields.
• 5+ years leading teams at a senior leadership level.
• Experience in scaling B2B SaaS or recurring-revenue businesses.

Responsibilities

• Own the integrated revenue operating plan with cross-functional partners.
• Lead annual and quarterly revenue planning, territory strategy, and quota modeling.
• Build executive dashboards and provide actionable revenue insights.
• Establish consistent metrics definitions and a single source of truth for revenue data.
• Drive AI-enabled automation to improve productivity across the revenue org.
