Job summary

Energy Exemplar is seeking a Revenue Operations Manager (EMEA) to optimize go-to-market processes, data, and analytics. You will partner with Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success to improve efficiency, data quality, and decision-making across the customer lifecycle.

You will translate multi-source data into actionable insights, support system enhancements, and help evolve RevOps for a growing global SaaS business with a strong focus on cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• 5-7 years in Revenue/Sales/Marketing/Customer Success Operations or similar analytical role in B2B software (SaaS preferred).
• Strong ability to interpret large datasets and translate to business insights.
• Experience with go-to-market planning, capacity, territory, quota, pipeline, forecasting.
• Proficiency in Salesforce reporting, dashboards, data structures, and processes.
• Advanced Excel skills and attention to data quality.

Responsibilities

• Support go-to-market process improvement across planning, technology, reporting, and analytics.
• Analyze Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success data to identify trends and gaps.
• Build and maintain dashboards, reports, and recurring analyses for leadership.
• Support planning activities: capacity, coverage, territory, quota, pipeline, and forecasting.
