Job summary

OfficeRnD is seeking a Revenue Operations Lead to be the strategic right hand to the RevOps Sr Director and partner with Sales, Customer Success, and Marketing. You will decide what matters, uncover the reasons behind numbers, and turn insights into programs that drive GTM performance.

You will own the forecast, lead the operating cadence, and provide high-impact analysis with direct exposure to senior leadership.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in RevOps or similar roles.
• Experience with vertical SaaS and PE-backed growth.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Ability to influence senior leaders across functions.
• Comfort with building playbooks and processes.

Responsibilities

• Partner with GTM leadership to run cadence and reviews.
• Own GTM programs end-to-end and cross-functional initiatives.
• Own forecasting and reporting for GTM functions.
• Lead deep strategic analysis including pricing, packaging and TAM.
