Job summary

Assemble is seeking a Revenue Operations Lead to own systems, data, and processes supporting our GTM motion. You will design and maintain territory and account logic across 11+ events and 14+ communities, keep data current via enrichment tools, and manage data flows between Salesforce, HubSpot, and our tools.

You’ll move between hands-on data work and strategic tooling decisions. The ideal candidate has 4+ years in Revenue Operations, strong Salesforce expertise, and deep Excel modeling skills,

Qualifications

• 4+ years in Revenue Operations, sales/data operations, or a similar analyst role.
• Hands‑on Salesforce experience with accounts, contacts, opportunities, reports.
• ZoomInfo power user with credits, filters, and limits.
• HubSpot familiarity, especially its integration with Salesforce and related tools.
• Advanced Excel with lead/account scoring models at scale (tens of thousands of records).

Responsibilities

• Source outbound leads and build targeted prospect lists using ZoomInfo.
• Build and maintain territory and account assignment logic across events and communities.
• Refresh lead and account scoring models (ICP fit, revenue tier, industry).
• Manage data flows between Salesforce, HubSpot, and enrichment and reporting systems.
• Keep contact and account records current through ZoomInfo and similar tools.
• Partner with frontline sales reps as RevOps resource and drive tool adoption.
• Spot gaps in processes, data, and tools and recommend improvements.
• Manage day-to-day tool operations (sequences, templates, user provisioning).
• Build cleanup workflows in Excel using AI and automation.
• Deliver recurring reports and trustworthy CRM outputs for leadership.
