Job summary

Veras is seeking a Revenue Operations Lead to join our in-office team and own the CRM and reporting systems that power sales, customer success, and forecasting. You’ll build health scoring, dashboards, and alerts in HubSpot and Metabase while coordinating with sales and customer teams to drive revenue decisions.

We value hands-on builders with strong SQL skills, a knack for turning messy data into clear insights, and the ability to explain numbers to senior leaders.

Qualifications

• 4 to 7 years in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or Customer Success Operations.
• Hands-on with HubSpot and Metabase.
• Comfortable with SQL and cleaning messy data.
• Clear communicator who can explain numbers to sales leaders and operators.
• Healthcare, senior living, or vertical SaaS experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain customer health scoring, dashboards and alerts in HubSpot and Metabase.
• Own our CRM and reporting systems driving revenue decisions.
• Produce QBR data packs and run forecasting, churn and expansion reviews.
• Administer compensation plans.
