EliseAI in Boston, MA is seeking a VP of Revenue Operations to design and scale the GTM tech stack, processes, and teams, driving forecasting accuracy and revenue growth across the customer lifecycle.

You will own revenue systems (Salesforce, CPQ, integrations), build a high-performing RevOps organization, and partner with CRO and CFO on planning, KPIs, and data hygiene. This is a fast-paced role with autonomy and impact.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in revenue/sales operations, with leadership experience.
• Experience scaling a hyper-growth B2B tech company.
• Track record designing and scaling RevOps teams and infrastructure.
• Deep expertise in Salesforce and GTM tools, with automation, data management, and AI integration.
• Strong forecasting and KPI management.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a comprehensive revenue operations strategy across the customer lifecycle.
• Lead the transformation of the GTM organization with AI tools and processes.
• Design and build the RevOps team and tech stack.
• Own and evolve the revenue tech stack (Salesforce, CPQ, integrations).
• Build and scale a best-in-class deal desk with Sales, Legal, and Finance.
• Partner with CRO and CFO on forecasting, goals, and performance management.
