Interface.ai in the Bay Area seeks a senior RevOps/GT M Ops leader to professionalize and scale GTM operations. This is an individual contributor role, not a people manager, spanning Sales Ops, CS Ops, and Partner Ops to drive predictable revenue and disciplined execution.

You will own Salesforce, quotas, pipeline hygiene, forecasting, renewals, and partner accountability, building dashboards and processes that unlock growth with clear ownership and measurable outcomes.

Qualifications

Senior-level GTM/RevOps/Sales Ops experience in structured environments.
Proven ownership across Sales Ops, CS Ops, and Partner Ops.
Strong analytical and data-driven approach with dashboards and metrics.
Experience with automation and AI-enabled tooling to drive efficiency.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management across leadership and teams.

Responsibilities

Own Sales Ops setup, pipeline hygiene, forecasting, quota planning, and dashboards.
Define and maintain renewal/expansion workflows and account health metrics.
Build partner pipeline tracking and accountability across partnerships.
Create operating cadences and visibility across GTM functions to reduce chaos.
