Job summary

Liberate is scaling its GTM engine with a Head of Revenue Operations who will own the entire revenue cycle from territory design to renewal. You will build geo and segment models, establish a single truth for pipeline metrics, and harden data hygiene across the CRM and related tools, partnering with Sales, Marketing, and CX leadership.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in Revenue/Sales Operations or GTM Strategy in B2B SaaS
• Hands-on experience owning full revenue cycle: territory, quota, forecasting, pipeline, comp
• Experience with AI-first GTM tools and data-driven coaching workflows

Responsibilities

• Own revenue cycle end-to-end: territory design, quota setting, forecasting, pipeline management, and compensation
• Design geo/segment territories and account-scoring models
• Define metrics as a single source of truth for pipeline, velocity, win rate, ARR/NRR, CAC, and rep productivity
• Build automation to enforce pipeline hygiene and data integrity at the source
• Administer and evolve revenue tech stack across CRM and analytics
• Lead executive operating cadence: forecasting calls, pipeline reviews, and board reporting
• Identify AI-first opportunities to replace manual reporting and analysis
