Loop is seeking a Senior Director of Revenue Operations to scale our GTM organization across Sales, Marketing, and Merchant Success. You will lead an established RevOps team reporting to the CRO, elevating analytics, forecasting, and the operating model.

This role partners with Finance and Operations in Loop's blended working environment. Deep expertise in CRM, data tooling, and AI-driven solutions is essential to drive disciplined execution.

Qualifications

• 12 to 15 years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or GTM Operations.
• Director-level leadership with direct people management.
• Experience scaling a B2B SaaS business from $50M to $100M+ ARR.
• Strong analytics, reporting, and modeling including forecasting.
• Excellent data visualization and CRM expertise.
• Collaborating with Finance and GTM leadership to drive outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Own GTM analytics, reporting, and business insights.
• Scale GTM tech stack and data architecture, including CRM tools.
• Develop processes and enablement across Sales, Marketing, and Merchant Success.
• Define SLAs across the merchant journey and improve adoption of tools.
• Lead RevOps strategy and maintain a clear roadmap.
