Job summary

Air is seeking a hands-on RevOps engineer based in Arlington, VA to own the GTM technology stack end-to-end. You will design data models, build custom objects and flows, and connect Salesforce with Planhat and sales intel tools to automate processes and enable scalable growth.

You will transform legacy CRM into a scalable, auditable platform capable of supporting multiple go-to-market motions, while ensuring data integrity and operational velocity across the funnel.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years building and administering Salesforce in a fast-paced B2B SaaS setting.
• Hands-on configuration and integration work with live production data.
• Ability to translate business needs into scalable tech designs.

Responsibilities

• Own and build the GTM tech stack end-to-end: Salesforce, Planhat and related tools.
• Architect data model and implement cross-platform integrations and automations.
• Lead automation, validation rules, and approval routing to reduce manual work.
• Connect Salesforce with Slack, marketing tools, and finance handoffs.
• Prepare the system for Deal Desk readiness and governance.
