Job summary

Impossible Cloud GmbH in Hamburg is seeking a RevOps engineer to architect and maintain the revenue tech stack across HubSpot, Clay, Superset, and Claude via automation. You will own HubSpot System of Record, design automated enrichment workflows, and implement AI-assisted lead qualification while collaborating with Sales and Marketing.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of RevOps engineering experience in a B2B tech sales environment.
• Hands-on experience with HubSpot, Clay and n8n for workflows.
• Strong understanding of CRM schemes, custom objects, and lifecycle funnel logic.
• Ability to translate GTM ideas into automated software workflows.
• Experience with AI-enabled workflows and multi-agent automation is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Architect and maintain revenue tech stack integrations across systems.
• Own HubSpot System of Record, workflows, and data syncs in real time.
• Design automated enrichment and prospecting workflows with Clay/Surfe.
• Implement AI-assisted lead qualification and CRM updates.
• Collaborate with Sales and Marketing to automate revenue processes.
