Job summary

Rentana, Inc. is seeking a Go-to-Market Engineer to own RevOps workflows, CRM maintenance in HubSpot, and data integration across product usage, CS signals, sales activity, and marketing touches.

You will design GTM processes with Sales and Marketing, build dashboards, and implement AI-enabled automation using tools like Clay, Kernel, and ZoomInfo. This is a hands-on, cross-functional role in a NYC-based office.

Qualifications

• 2–5+ years in RevOps, sales operations, or GTM systems role.
• Deep HubSpot experience with workflows, properties, reporting.
• Strong data skills and ability to shape data without waiting for others.
• Interest in AI and automation, and willingness to roll up sleeves.

Responsibilities

• Support Sales and Marketing teams as the first line of contact for HubSpot issues.
• Own data quality, enrichment, and go-to-market tooling integration end-to-end.
• Design territory structure, books, and deal movement with consistent criteria.
• Administer HubSpot: objects, workflows, lists, and permissions.
• Build dashboards and reports for Sales, CS, Marketing, and leadership.
• Experiment with AI tools to automate repetitive GTM tasks.
