Job summary
Anagram, the leading insurance billing platform for eye care, seeks a hands-on RevOps/GTM engineer to own revenue systems across CRM, billing, warehouse, and analytics. You’ll design pipelines connecting HubSpot, Stripe, and analytics, and wire AI workflows into daily operations, collaborating with revenue leadership.
You’ll build in a fast-paced startup environment, managing multi-location hierarchies, four GTM motions, and multiple pricing models while delivering real-time pipeline insights
Qualifications
- 4+ years in RevOps, GTM engineering or sales/marketing ops.
- Deep HubSpot experience with complex objects & associations.
- Production experience with Stripe billing data.
- Experience with Zapier and automation tooling.
- Experience building with Claude or similar LLM APIs.
- Able to work self-directed with async communication.
Responsibilities
- CRM architecture and parent-child company model maintenance.
- Billing-to-CRM synchronization for subscription and usage data.
- Automation layer development with Zapier and scripting.
- Data warehouse modeling in Snowflake for GTM and revenue.
- Analytics dashboards in Metabase for leadership.
- AI workflows for lead enrichment and provider data enrichment.
