Job summary

Meal Ticket is seeking a RevOps leader to own GTM operations for Revenue and CS, reporting to the CRO. You will design and run the forecasting, territory design, and data integrity across Salesforce and related tools.

This role blends reporting with building agentic automation, enrichment, routing, and AI-assisted workflows, ensuring scalable processes without adding headcount. You will monitor after launch, enforce security, and apply human-in-the-loop checks within an AI governance framework

Qualifications

4+ years in RevOps or sales/marketing operations in B2B SaaS.
Salesforce admin and architecture experience, including custom development.
Hands-on experience building APIs, scripting, or workflow orchestration.
Experience designing and deploying LLM or agent-based workflows.
Strong attention to detail and autonomous work style.
Ability to influence cross-functionally at all levels.

Responsibilities

Own Salesforce architecture and data integrity with clear ownership for critical fields.
Lead forecast & pipeline cadence, measured by forecast accuracy.
Design territory, quotas, and comp administration across Sales and CS.
Oversee deal desk throughput and SLA adherence.
Build agentic workflows, enrichment and routing automation.
Ensure security reviews, sandbox promotions, and governance checks.
