Job summary

Osmind is seeking a Revenue Operations professional to own the GTM stack, ensuring CRM workflows, pipelines, dashboards and integrations stay aligned with the evolving business. You will manage revenue data, support forecasting and ad hoc data pulls, and oversee the deal desk, including rate tables and contract templates.

You will lead outbound operations and campaign targeting, maintain data enrichment and deduplication, and drive process design before automation with AI.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years in revenue operations, sales ops, marketing ops, finance ops or business ops
• Experience building workflows, custom properties, pipelines, lists and dashboards in CRM systems
• Ability to design durable processes before automating them and document as you go
• Strong data discipline: check work, trace numbers to sources, ensure accuracy

Responsibilities

• Own GTM systems: build and maintain CRM workflows, properties, pipelines, lists, dashboards and integrations
• Maintain revenue data and reporting; ensure data accuracy as business evolves and support ad hoc pulls
• Run deal desk operations: intake, routing, approvals, rate tables and contract templates
• Develop and QA outbound campaign infrastructure, maintain routing and attribution for pipelines
• Design processes first, then automate with AI; focus on enrichment, routing, hygiene and reporting
• Document system designs and provide enablement to other teams
