Job summary

Flow Engineering is seeking a Revenue Operations / GTM Engineering leader to own and optimize our GTM technology stack. You will automate workflows, manage CRM integrations, and turn pipeline data into actionable insights for executives.

You will collaborate across sales, marketing, customer success, and leadership to improve forecasting, reporting, and growth strategy, while maintaining clean, reliable data and scalable processes.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in revenue operations, GTM engineering, sales operations, or similar, ideally in B2B SaaS with enterprise customers.
• Hands-on experience administering a CRM and building automations across a GTM stack.
• Comfort writing code or scripts (Python/JavaScript/SQL) to connect systems and move data when no-code tools fall short.
• Strong analytics with reporting leaders actually use for decisions.

Responsibilities

• Own and evolve our GTM stack, including CRM, enrichment, sequencing, and analytics tools, and their integrations.
• Build automated workflows for prospecting, lead routing, enrichment, and account research using APIs and AI tooling.
• Design and maintain pipeline structure, deal stages, and data model for accurate forecasting and reporting.
• Build dashboards and reporting on pipeline health, conversion, sales cycle, and pilot-to-deployment expansion.
• Partner with sales and customer success to identify friction in deal movement and translate into process or tooling changes.
• Support planning work such as territory and account segmentation, target account lists, and quota modeling as the team grows.
• Keep data clean and consistent across systems, including deduplication and field hygiene.
