Job summary

UJET, a cloud-based AI-powered contact center platform, seeks a GTM Chief of Staff & RevOps to lead cross-functional GTM execution and strategic operations. You’ll drive pricing, data unification, and executive reporting across Sales, Marketing, Channel, and Product, elevating RevOps to a strategic growth driver.

You will manage a lean core team, oversee HubSpot governance, and deliver actionable insights through executive dashboards and forecasting.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of RevOps/Strategy in a high-growth B2B SaaS environment.
• Strong pricing, discounting, and deal economics expertise.
• Experience unifying cross-functional GTM data and governance.
• Executive presence with C-suite collaboration and board briefs.
• Analytical fluency with dashboards, forecasting, and scenario modeling.
• Background in Quote-to-Cash, CPQ, and contract lifecycle workflows.
• Familiarity with multi-route GTM across Enterprise Direct, OEM, Channel.
• Bachelor's degree required; MBA strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Partner with the CGO to drive cross-functional alignment across Sales, Marketing, Channel, and Finance.
• Own GTM operating rhythm: pipeline reviews, forecast cadences, QBRs, and strategic planning cycles.
• Develop executive narratives and board presentations driving revenue storytelling.
• Lead pricing, packaging, discount controls, and deal economics for growth.
• Model scenarios for sales capacity, territory coverage, quota deployment, and monetization.
• Unify marketing, sales, channel data and deliver real-time executive dashboards.
• Define HubSpot architecture, data governance, and run a HubSpot Admin.
• Standardize processes to accelerate revenue and optimize CPQ and quote workflows.
