Job summary

Fulcrum is hiring for a RevOps role to build and scale the GTM engine. You will work across Sales and Customer Success to create the operational backbone, from forecasting to deal desk, and establish data foundations for 8–12 AEs by year end.

You will lead pipeline integrity, design sales processes, enforce rules of engagement, and own SDR metrics. This IC role offers a path to broader leadership as the team grows.

Qualifications

• 5-8+ years in B2B SaaS RevOps or SalesOps, ideally at Series A/B.
• Early ops hire experience and ability to build with limited resources.
• End-to-end forecast ownership, not just maintenance.
• Salesforce proficiency to build reports and guide an admin.
• Strong CRM hygiene and data-quality management.
• Analytically rigorous with strong modeling and reporting skills.

Responsibilities

• Rebuild forecast methodology and data hygiene from scratch.
• Own pipeline data quality and CRM cleanliness at the source.
• Define and enforce sales process, engagement rules, and deal desk.
• Own SDR process measurement and reporting infrastructure.
• Collaborate on GTM stack roadmap and data reporting layer.
• Support planning cycles and enable leadership with insights.
