Job summary

Ursa Space Systems seeks a RevOps Manager to own the GTM engine, unifying Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Finance under Finance & Operations. You will administer CRM, design forecasting, and manage data quality while partnering with the VP of Finance & Operations and Sales leadership.

You will be the first dedicated RevOps hire, building processes from scratch and delivering measurable impact across the organization.

Qualifications

• 3–6 years in Revenue Operations or closely related GTM roles.
• Advanced CRM administration experience.
• Strong analytical skills with Excel/Google Sheets and basic modeling.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Finance & Operations and sales leadership to design and refine the CRM around how sellers work.
• Serve as a key CRM administrator: architecture, workflows, integrations, user management, data hygiene.
• Build and support the broader GTM tech stack including vendor evaluations and renewals.
• Run the forecasting process and produce official forecasts for leadership.
• Maintain single source of truth for pipeline metrics and funnel data.
• Deliver recurring reporting and answer ad hoc questions with speed.
• Support territory design, quota setting, and capacity modeling with sales leadership.
• Maintain definitions document for stages and forecast categories.
• Manage a lightweight deal desk: discount routing and terms.
• Handle intake process with clear turnaround times.
• Identify and fix friction in lead-to-cash across GTM.
• Must be a U.S. Citizen due to federal contract requirements.
• Occasional nights and weekends may be required.
• All other duties as assigned.
