Job summary

CharterUP, LLC. is seeking a Revenue Operations Associate for a remote-first role supporting Sales, Finance, Marketing, and Partnerships. You will translate strategic goals into actionable tooling, automation, and analytics to enhance lead scoring, handoffs, and proposal handling.

You will maintain KPI dashboards, drive data integrity across the revenue stack (Salesforce/Outreach), and contribute to forecast accuracy and pipeline visibility while collaborating with senior leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree plus 4+ years in Revenue/Sales Ops or Business Ops in a B2B SaaS environment.
• Experience with marketplace businesses is a plus.
• Strong analytical, data translation, and KPI reporting skills.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and document standardized revenue processes (lead-to-opportunity, etc.).
• Develop KPI dashboards and reporting across Sales, Account Management, and Support.
• Own monthly commission calculations, data review, and Cost of Sales analysis.
• Provide forecasting support and improve pipeline visibility with Sales leadership and Finance.
• Conduct deep-dive analyses on pipeline health, productivity, and churn.
