Job summary

Nightfall AI seeks a hands-on RevOps leader to design and own the GTM engine from scratch. You will architect CRM, forecasting, automation, and data infrastructure, using AI to move faster than a traditional RevOps team.

You’ll work directly with the CRO and CEO to shape GTM strategy, build scalable processes, and ship autonomous automations that power fast growth in a high‑velocity B2B SaaS environment.

Qualifications

• 6+ years across revenue operations, GTM strategy, management consulting, investment banking, or private equity.
• Hands-on technical builder using Salesforce, SQL, APIs and AI/LLM tools to ship GTM automations.
• Experience at a high-growth B2B SaaS startup in RevOps, Sales Ops, or GTM roles.

Responsibilities

• Own pipeline management, forecasting, quota setting, territory design and reporting.
• Architect GTM tech stack (CRM, marketing automation, enrichment, routing, attribution) with AI automations.
• Own GTM data quality and reporting including win/loss, conversion, ramp and pipeline coverage.
• Design scalable GTM processes and document them for the revenue team.
• Align Sales, Marketing, CS and Finance on systems and data definitions.
