Job summary

Cognite, a leader in industrial digitalization, is seeking a Revenue Operations professional to own data-driven GTM processes. You will design systems that connect Revenue, Marketing, Value Delivery and Finance, ensuring accurate handoffs and measurable outcomes.

In this high-visibility role, you will build a single source of truth for the customer funnel, accelerate reporting, and work with executive leaders to translate complex questions into repeatable definitions for people and AI tools.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years at a top-tier consulting firm or equivalent in a high-growth tech/industrial company
• Systems thinking: see how a change in one process affects others
• Cross-functional presence: align Revenue, Finance, and Marketing without managing teams
• Data-driven: translate messy inputs into measurable problems
• Ability to create reusable definitions for people and AI tools

Responsibilities

• Build the architecture that binds Revenue, Marketing, Value Delivery and Finance so new processes fit the existing landscape
• Measure the customer funnel from lead to cash to expansion across GTM systems
• Ensure smooth handoffs between Revenue, Marketing, Value Delivery and Finance
• Speed up analysis and reporting; collaborate on forecast, pipeline, and productivity analysis
