Job summary

Listen Labs seeks a Revenue Operations Lead to own and scale the revenue tech stack, GTM strategy, and territory design. You will integrate Sales, Finance, Marketing, and Growth to build durable infrastructure for a fast-scaling AI research platform.

You will lead SFDC architecture, data governance, and enablement, partnering across functions to drive efficient growth and accurate forecasting.

Qualifications

• 5–8+ years in Revenue or Sales Operations within a high-growth SaaS environment.
• Hands-on experience owning a modern revenue tech stack.
• Experience designing territories, segmentation, or coverage models at scale.
• Strong understanding of B2B SaaS GTM motions and revenue processes.

Responsibilities

• Design, deploy, and optimize territory models and account segmentation.
• Own and evolve Listen's revenue tech stack including SFDC and GTM tools.
• Ensure data governance, accurate reporting and enablement through dashboards and views.
• Partner with Sales, Marketing, Growth, Enablement, and Finance to align systems with goals.
