You will collaborate with RevTech and RevOps to design workflows, automations, and internal tools, while applying AI-enabled approaches to improve data quality and signal usefulness across Sales and CS.

This role emphasizes rapid delivery, pragmatic engineering, and strong cross-functional collaboration in a fast-growing SaaS environment.

Qualifications

• Strong experience across GTM systems such as Salesforce and Gong.
• Hands-on with GTM automation tooling and data enrichment platforms.
• Experience building workflows or internal tools in GTM/RevOps.
• Fluency with AI tools and emerging automation capabilities.
• Ability to move quickly and independently to solve business problems.

Responsibilities

• Design and ship fast GTM solutions including workflows, automations, and internal tools for Sales and CS.
• Automate data capture, field population, handoffs, enrichment, and workflow steps across GTM tools like Salesforce and Gong.
• Auto-populate key data fields and surface high-value signals for teams to act on.
• Explore AI-enabled workflows to increase GTM productivity and reduce operational burden.
• Move quickly on bespoke internal workflows while partnering on durable, enterprise-grade solutions.
• Lead end-to-end problem identification, implementation, adoption, and iteration with measurable business impact.
