Job summary
Valeria Aguerri is seeking a mid-level RevOps & Growth Operations Specialist to drive revenue, partnerships, and community initiatives. You’ll own lead routing, sequence management, and CRM evolution while enabling AI-enabled automation.
This role reports to the Chief of Staff with dotted-line support from executives and department heads. You will build scalable workflows, maintain data integrity, and implement cross-team automation across HubSpot, Make, and Monday.com to support rapid growth in
Qualifications
- 3–5 years in Revenue Operations, Sales Ops or Client Ops in professional services or high-growth model.
Responsibilities
- Lead management, routing, and auditing to avoid revenue opportunities being missed.
- Build, test, and optimize outreach sequences aligned with sales goals.
- Audit and own HubSpot migration, refine post-launch workflows.
- Operationalize onboarding for new community members and support partnerships.
- Develop AI infrastructure and guardrails with human-in-the-loop oversight.
- Analyze and optimize workflows, deploy integrations to remove bottlenecks.
- Ensure seamless data routing across HubSpot, monday.com, Google Workspace, Zoom, Granola.
- Foster internal Claude workflows and automation adoption.
