Job summary

Zohorecruit seeks a mid-level RevOps & Growth Operations Specialist to drive lead routing, pipeline hygiene, and CRM enhancements. You will own sequences, data flows, and cross-team workflows to accelerate revenue and partnerships.

In this role you’ll partner with the Chief of Staff and senior leaders to audit systems, implement automation, and ensure scalable, transparent processes across HubSpot, Make, and Monday.com.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in Revenue Ops, Sales Ops, or Client Ops in growth environments.
• Ability to build automated workflows and maintain data quality.
• Strong communication and project-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Own revenue-related lead routing and pipeline infrastructure.
• Manage outreach sequences and monitor performance, iterating on messaging.
• Audit and optimize CRM architecture, enabling smooth transitions and scalable workflows.
• Collaborate with teams to ensure data cleanliness and proper data routing.
