Job summary

TriNet seeks a Manager, Revenue Talent Development to recruit, coach, and develop Associate Sales Consultants (ASCs) through the Ascend Program. You will lead cohorts, drive sales capability development, and partner with Field Sales to ensure ASCs deliver value and are ready for promotion into Sales Consultant roles.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred.
• 3+ years of successful B2B sales experience.
• Experience leading people, managing teams, coaching, or providing mentorship is desirable.
• Strong leadership and coaching capability.

Responsibilities

• Recruitment & talent pipeline: attract diverse ASC candidates and lead end-to-end recruiting for ASC cohorts.
• Coaching, development & performance management: onboard, coach, and mentor ASCs to develop selling skills and product knowledge.
• Enablement & continuous learning: lead training sessions and ensure ASC proficiency in core tools and platforms.
• Partnership with field sales: oversee ASC deal support activities and strengthen field partnership.
• General management & program operations: manage travel, track performance metrics, and ensure policy compliance.
