Job summary

TriNet is seeking a Manager, Revenue Talent Development in Atlanta, GA to recruit, coach, and develop Associate Sales Consultants (ASCs) through the Ascend Program. You will lead cohorts, build a scalable sales talent pipeline, and collaborate with Field Sales to ensure ASCs deliver value while prepping for future Sales Consultant roles.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred.
• 3+ years of successful B2B sales experience (PEO industry experience a plus).
• Experience in leading people, managing teams, coaching, or providing mentorship.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, coach, and mentor ASC cohorts to develop consultative selling skills and product knowledge.
• Facilitate regular 1:1s and team meetings to reinforce priorities and provide actionable feedback.
• Lead formal training sessions and enablement activities aligned to TriNet’s products and sales skills.
• Partner with Field Sales leadership to ensure ASC performance and promote visibility for career progression.
