Job summary

Lob is seeking a Revenue Strategy & Operations Manager to align GTM operations with business strategy, translating priorities into execution and providing analytics-driven recommendations. You will drive incentive planning, forecasting accuracy, and operationalize analytics in collaboration with Finance.

You will build scalable dashboards, define KPIs, and shape Go-to-Market initiatives in a high-growth SaaS environment, with remote work options across multiple states.

Qualifications

• Strong business acumen and experience developing scalable revenue operations.
• Proven ability to design and implement GTM strategies across Sales and Customer Success.
• Experience with CRM, BI tools, data warehouses (e.g., Salesforce, Looker, Tableau).
• Ability to translate data into actionable recommendations for senior leadership.
• Familiarity with metrics like NRR, LTV:CAC, CAC Payback, Pipeline Coverage.
• SQL knowledge is a plus and beneficial for data extraction and analysis.

Responsibilities

• Lead GTM strategy and planning, owning weekly reviews, forecast accuracy, and annual planning.
• Own RevOps analytics, define KPIs, build scalable dashboards, and partner with Finance.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Finance, and Operations to deliver analytic insights and execution.
