OUTRIGGER Kona Resort and Spa seeks a Director of Revenue Strategy to lead pricing, distribution, and revenue optimization across all market channels. You will drive strategy, forecast and budgeting, and communicate opportunities to hotel leadership and owners.

The role focuses on maximizing total revenues for the property, with responsibility for strategic business planning and implementation of corporate revenue initiatives at the local level.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of revenue management leadership experience required.
• Experience with distribution, revenue optimization, budgeting and forecasting preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead pricing, distribution, revenue optimization and business strategy for the property.
• Communicate strategy to key stakeholders and manage inventory, forecasting and budgeting.
• Drive performance analysis and strategic planning to maximize total revenues.
