Job summary

Practice Hospitality seeks a Director of Revenue Management to lead revenue optimization across a growing portfolio of hotels and restaurants. You will own property-level performance, craft pricing and distribution strategies, and align with Sales, Marketing, and Operations to drive profitability.

Excellent communication with ownership and internal teams is essential, as is a relentless, detail-focused approach.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 7+ years of experience as a Director of Revenue Management across multiple markets.
• Experience with Hilton-branded and independent hotels preferred.
• Proficiency in office technology including Microsoft Office and videoconferencing.
• Travel to properties each quarter required.

Responsibilities

• Own property-level revenue performance: forecast room revenue and market share.
• Develop and deploy revenue management strategies, tactics, and controls.
• Configure, optimize, and manage RMS/CRS/PMS systems.
• Merchandise rate products on E-Commerce, Voice, GDS, OTA, and direct channels.
• Collaborate with Sales and Marketing to maximize revenue and profitability.
• Coordinate with Operations to align rate positioning and guest experience.
• Prepare scheduled executive-level performance communications.
• Provide mentorship and best-practice sharing across the portfolio.
