Job summary

OUTRIGGER Resorts & Hotels in Honolulu, HI, seeks a Revenue Leader to drive strategy and distribution for condominium and vacation rental portfolios. You will maximize revenue, profitability, and market share while aligning with operations.

This full-time role requires 2+ years in hospitality revenue, proficiency in Excel and PMS/CRS/BI tools, and the ability to analyze data and meet deadlines. Onsite at our Waikiki office with base pay starting at $70,000–$74,000.

Qualifications

• Two years in hospitality; two years in a revenue-related discipline preferred.
• Proficient in Excel, with working knowledge of PMS/CRS/BI systems.
• Experience with hotel distribution channels, rate shopping tools, extranets and analytics.
• Strong grasp of RevPAR, ADR, occupancy, forecasting and revenue strategy.

Responsibilities

• Lead revenue strategy and distribution for condominium and vacation rental portfolios.
• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, pricing, inventory and channel optimization.
• Partner with operations and leadership to align commercial strategies with goals.
• Provide leadership for Revenue Analyst and promote data-driven decisions.
