Job summary

Outrigger Kona Resort and Spa in Hawaii is seeking a Director of Revenue Strategy to lead pricing, distribution, revenue optimization, and business strategy across all market segments and channels. You will develop and implement strategies to maximize total revenues and communicate plans to stakeholders, including hotel leadership and corporate revenue teams.

The role requires a minimum of 3 years of revenue management leadership, preferably in hospitality.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of revenue management leadership experience
• Experience in hospitality or service industry preferred
• Knowledge of distribution and total revenue optimization
• Experience with forecasting and budgeting

Responsibilities

• Lead pricing, distribution, revenue optimization and business strategy to maximize total revenues for Outrigger Kona Resort and Spa
• Develop and implement strategy for optimization of all market segments and channels
• Communicate strategy to stakeholders including general managers and corporate revenue
• Be accountable for revenue strategy, pricing, positioning, inventory, forecasting and budgeting
• Implement at property level of corporate revenue strategy initiatives
