Job summary

Lob is building a world-class Revenue Strategy & Operations team to connect GTM execution with business strategy. You will translate priorities into actionable plans, own analytics, and drive forecasting, incentives, and operational improvements.

The role requires strong analytical capability, cross-functional collaboration with Product, Finance, and Ops, and experience in SaaS or fast-growing environments. Remote work is available in multiple states including PA.

Qualifications

• 4–6+ years of experience in revenue operations, GTM strategy, or similar.
• Experience with CRM, BI, and data warehouse tools.
• Strong analytical and data-driven decision making.
• Ability to translate analytics into strategy for leadership.

Responsibilities

• Own GTM analytics infrastructure and KPIs.
• Forecasting accuracy and incentive planning.
• Design and implement GTM workstreams.
• Partner with Product, Finance, Operations to deliver insights.
• Translate strategic outcomes into projects and execution.
