Job summary

Central Transport LLC in Warren, MI is seeking a Revenue Relations Coordinator to contact delinquent accounts, document efforts, and support timely payments. The ideal candidate is highly organized with superior communication, attention to detail, and proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and Outlook.

Previous call center or collections experience is a plus. Mon-Fri 7:00am-5:00pm; salary range $50,000-$60,000 plus monthly bonuses; this is a full-time position.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and documentation abilities.
• Attention to detail with a sense of urgency.
• Experience with MS Office applications a plus.
• Associate degree in Business or Accounting preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Locate and contact delinquent accounts via phone/email/mail.
• Document efforts and status to determine next steps.
• Maintain information on customer accounts and status.
• Address billing inquiries and support collections.
• Build and maintain positive customer relationships.
• Collaborate with sales and other team members as needed.
• Provide overall collections support.
