Responsibilities

• Locate and notify customers with delinquent accounts via phone/email/mail.
• Document efforts and contact to determine next steps.
• Maintain and annotate all necessary information regarding customer and account status.
• Build and maintain a positive relationship with customers.
• Collaborate effectively with other team members.
• Communicate account status with the sales team as needed.
• Provide overall collections support as necessary.
