Central Transport LLC in Warren, MI is seeking a Revenue Relations Coordinator to contact delinquent accounts, document efforts, and support timely payments. The ideal candidate is highly organized with superior communication, attention to detail, and proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and Outlook.

Previous call center or collections experience is a plus. Mon-Fri 7:00am-5:00pm; salary range $50,000-$60,000 plus monthly bonuses; this is a full-time position.

Job Responsibilities

• Locate and notify customers with delinquent accounts via phone/email/mail
• Documenting efforts and contact to help determine appropriate next steps
• Maintaining and notating all necessary information regarding customer and account status
• Addressing billing inquiries
• Building and maintaining a positive relationship with customers
• Working effectively with other team members
• Communicating with sales team members as needed regarding account status
• Providing overall collections support as necessary

The ideal candidate will possess the following:

• Superior communication skills including listening, speaking, reading and writing
• Strong attention to detail and sense of urgency
• Ability to always maintain professional demeanor
• Experience with Microsoft Office; MS Word, MS Excel, MS Outlook
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow up consistently
• Affinity for detailed note taking and investigation/research
• Positive outlook/team player
• Call center/customer service/collections experience is preferred, but not required
• Associate’s degree in a Business or Accounting related field is preferred but not required

Schedule

Mon-Fri 7:00am-5:00pm (Willing to work with hours for example: 6:00am-4:00pm or 8:00am-6:00pm)

Salary Range

$50,000 - $60,000 + monthly bonus opportunities
