Job summary

CharterUP, LLC. is hiring a Revenue Operations Associate to translate strategic goals into tooling, automation, and analysis. You will help scale a fast-growing B2B/B2C marketplace, optimizing revenue processes and ensuring data integrity across systems.

The role reports to the Director of Revenue Operations and requires 4+ years in revenue or sales operations, with strong Excel and SQL skills. Remote-first environment with a tech hub in Austin, TX.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 4+ years in Revenue or Sales Operations in B2B SaaS.
• Strong analytical skills with Excel/Sheets; SQL experience.
• CRM admin experience with Salesforce; ability to integrate tech stack.
• Excellent communication and project management skills.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with sales unit leaders and execs to map end-to-end revenue processes.
• Define and document lead-to-opportunity, opportunity-to-close, and post-sales workflows.
• Administer revenue stack (Salesforce/Outreach); improve integrations and data integrity.
• Develop KPI dashboards for Sales, Account Management, and Support.
• Own monthly commission calculations, data reviews, and Cost of Sales analysis.
• Support annual/quarterly revenue targets, forecasting, and comp design.
• Provide forecasting support and improve pipeline visibility.
• Conduct deep-dive analyses on pipeline health and churn.
