Job summary

AGent is seeking a Revenue Operations Associate to drive data collection, validation, and recurring reporting to accelerate customer success and growth. You will support sales, customer success, and ops by ensuring data integrity and streamlined processes across HubSpot.

You will work with our Revenue Operations Manager, starting with data quality and reports, then expanding into workflows and AI integrations. This role is fully remote within the United States.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 0–2 years of experience; new grads welcomed.
• Experience with CRM data; able to explain findings.
• Ability to communicate clearly to non-technical teammates.

Responsibilities

• Own data quality: deduplicate companies/contacts, clean up fields, maintain hygiene in HubSpot.
• Own recurring reporting: build and share reports (leads, pipeline, metrics).
• Build in HubSpot: create workflows, fields, and reports; document changes.
• Build with AI: create AI workflows to save time and test new tools.
• Handle requests: field HubSpot requests from sales, CS, and ops; follow up on details.
• Help teammates learn: onboard others to new HubSpot features and processes.
• Pitch in on brand: occasional brand/content support as needed.
