AGent Energy is seeking a Revenue Operations Associate to drive data collection, validation, and reporting, boosting customer success and growth. You will own data quality in HubSpot and build recurring reports, while supporting HubSpot configurations and AI workflows to save time across sales, CS, and ops.

You will work with the Revenue Ops Manager, starting with data hygiene and reporting, then expanding to tool rollouts and process design, all while communicating clearly with non-technical

Qualificações

• AI tools used to solve real problems, with explanation of approach.
• Proficient in Excel or Google Sheets.
• Experience with CRM, database, SQL, or similar; be able to explain findings.
• Proactive; asks clarifying questions when needed.
• Able to explain complex concepts to non-technical teammates.
• Able to juggle multiple requests and prioritize.
• Bachelor's degree holder with 0–2 years of experience; new grads welcome.
• Nice to have HubSpot exposure, math/data/business background, interest in energy.

Responsabilidades

• Own data quality: deduplicate and clean fields; maintain hygiene for trust in HubSpot.
• Own recurring reporting: build/maintain reports (leads, closed won, conversions).
• Build in HubSpot: create workflows, fields, reports; document work.
• Build with AI: create AI workflows/Claude skills to save time.
• Handle day-to-day HubSpot requests from sales, CS, and ops; update records.
• Help teammates learn new features and processes.
• Occasionally support brand content as company grows.
