Job summary

CharterUP is seeking a Revenue Operations Associate to translate strategic goals into actionable tooling, automation, and analytics. You will scale a rapidly growing B2B/B2C marketplace and refine lead-to-opportunity, opportunity-to-close, and post-sales processes, ensuring management visibility into key metrics and trends.

Under the Director of Revenue Operations, you’ll administer Salesforce and Outreach, enhance integrations, build KPI dashboards, and contribute to forecasting with sales

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree required; 4+ years in Revenue/Sales Operations or Business Operations.
Experience in a marketplace/B2B SaaS is a plus.
Expert-level proficiency with CRM systems (Salesforce) and data tooling.
Strong Excel/Google Sheets and data visualization skills.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with Sales, Finance, and Marketing to map revenue processes end-to-end.
Design, implement, and document standardized lead-to-opportunity, opportunity-to-close, and post-sales workflows.
Configure and customize the revenue stack (Salesforce, Outreach) and manage integrations.
Develop KPI dashboards and reports to provide actionable revenue insights.
Own commission calculations, data reviews, and Cost of Sales analysis.
