Job summary

CharterUP is seeking a Revenue Operations Associate to translate strategic goals into actionable tooling and analytics across Sales, Finance and Marketing. You will own the revenue process from lead to close, build KPI dashboards, and maintain data integrity in Salesforce and Outreach.

You will configure the revenue stack, drive lead scoring, automate handoffs, and provide regular forecasting with Sales leadership. A bachelor’s degree and 4+ years in Revenue/Sales Ops in B2B SaaS are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 4+ years in Revenue Operations or Sales Operations.
• Experience in B2B SaaS marketplace is a plus.
• Advanced Excel and SQL experience; strong analytical capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Own monthly commission calculations and Cost of Sales analysis.
• Provide forecasting support with sales leadership and finance.
• Develop KPI dashboards across Sales, Account Management, and Support.
• Configure Salesforce/Outreach and integrate data across tools.
• Lead end-to-end revenue processes from lead to close and post-sales.
