Qualifications

• 9+ years hands-on experience in strategy and operations or sales operations at a fast-growth company or in management consulting.
• Executive presence and independent stakeholder management with cross-functional exposure and C-level interactions.
• Proven track record turning data into actionable executive insights and metrics.
• Proven hands-on AI adoption in day-to-day work, with AI-driven deliverables and scalable workflows.

Responsibilities

• Own revenue forecasting and pipeline management with weekly and monthly leadership updates.
• Instrument pipeline and business health metrics in Salesforce and build analytics infrastructure from scratch.
• Lead strategic assessments for new opportunities, including market expansion and GTM optimization.
• Partner with sales leadership on territory design, segmentation, and coverage models to maximize revenue and productivity.
• Lead annual and quarterly target-setting with data-driven, equitable goals.
• Analyze sales cycle trends and win/loss patterns to surface actionable insights for sales effectiveness.
• Drive process, tooling, and workflow improvements to increase efficiency and selling time.
