Job summary

Betterment LLC is seeking a Revenue Operations Manager in NYC to drive forecasting, planning, and insights for go-to-market. You will build scalable data models, dashboards, and AI-assisted tools to improve revenue operations.

You will own analytical core tasks, develop internal reporting infrastructure, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to scale revenue processes. A strong systems mindset and experience with Salesforce and Tableau are essential.

Qualifications

• Five+ years in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, Go-to-Market Analytics, or similar.
• Ability to investigate open-ended business questions and determine data/methodology.
• Comfort handling large, intricate datasets and data modeling basics.
• Fluency with modern AI tools to accelerate analysis and development.
• Executive-ready communication and ability to present to senior leadership.
• Experience supporting forecasting, revenue planning, or quota planning processes.
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce data and BI tools like Tableau.
• Nice to have: Python or GTM tooling such as Clay.

Responsibilities

• Build and improve the reporting engine end to end, from data models to forecasting rhythms.
• Own QBR processes with analyses on large, complex datasets and present findings to go-to-market leadership.
• Contribute to revenue planning, quota planning, and quarterly target updates.
• Investigate complex questions and determine data, methodology, and level of analysis for decision-ready answers.
• Build internal tools using AI-assisted development balancing speed, accuracy, and security.
• Translate business problems into clear requirements and drive execution with partner teams.
